The Leonard M. Thompson International Airport, formerly known as The Marsh Harbour International airport, serves Marsh Harbour, Abaco Island. The airport code is MHH or MYAM. Flights generally arrive from Florida or daily from Nassau, Bahamas. Taxis are regularly available in the queue out front, rental vehicles may be reserved for pick-up at the airport, or the Tatutina 10-passenger Sprinter Van may be arranged in advance.
There are several rental car companies located either at the airport or throughout the island. Golf carts are not commonly used in the Marsh Harbour community on Abaco Island compared to other Bahamian locations. Many guests choose to utilize Tatutina’s 10-passenger Sprinter Van and driver to get around the island; rental options and pricing available upon request. One complimentary airport transfer (either pick-up or drop-off) is included per week.
There are multiple grocery stores (Maxwell’s Supermarket, Abaco Groceries), a liquor store, hardware store and gas stations throughout the island. Pantry stocking may be arranged through our Concierge Service prior to guest arrival. Food and beverages would be delivered and placed in the Gathering House main kitchen area prior to check-in.
Yes, all linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided for guests, with fresh pool towels placed out each morning. If additional mid-week cleaning services are desired, please make arrangements through our Concierge Services staff.
Yes, there are washers and dryers available for guest usage on-property.
Yes, there is a full-property back-up generator that would be utilized in the event of a power outage.

Yes, Mermaid Beach is approximately 300 yards walking distance from Villa Tatutina. There is a beautiful reef which makes for a great day of snorkeling in this astoundingly clear water.
Colours is across the harbour, only a short drive from Villa Tatutina. Pete’s Pub is also within driving distance, a beachside bar serving food on the beach at Little Harbour. The Abaco Beach Resort is near the property and offers either The Bistro or Pool Bar & Terrace at Marinaville.
Tahiti Beach, No Name Cay to visit the swimming pigs, Hope Town lighthouse are all fun places to visit while you are sightseeing, snorkeling/diving or fishing. Firefly Sunset Resort, Nippers on Guana Cay, The Abaco Inn on Elbow Cay, Hope Town Inn & Marin, Green Turtle Club on Green Turtle Cay, and many other dining establishments are accessible via boat.
Yes, the newly constructed dock can accommodate up to a 100’ and 70’ boat, and also offers metered electric (50-amp service), metered water, and bagged ice; all charged based upon consumption. The Dock House offers access to a freezer and storage area for guests near to the Fish Cleaning Station on the dock. Dockage fees apply.
The Ferry at the Crossing, located in Marsh Harbour, offers various trips and schedules depending upon the time of year.
Toilet paper, hand soap and bath gels are provided. All other paper or cleaning products (i.e. paper towels, tissues, dish soap, detergent) must be procured by the guest. Pantry stocking in advance of arrival is available.
