Check-In/Check-Out

Generally, check-in time is after 4:00PM and check-out time is before 10:00AM. Typical rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday.

Property Manager

Allow our Property Manager to help arrange your vacation fun, including: fishing or boating excursions, dive and snorkel trips, massages, personal chef or pantry stocking and more.

Housekeeping

All linens are provided including pool towels. Cleaning services are completed upon check-out. For multiple-week rentals, linen service is done on Saturday mornings. If guest turn-over is mid-week, cleaning and linen service may be arranged. Enhanced safety and cleaning practices are employed to maintain the safety of all guests and staff.

Payment

Additional expenses incurred during the stay will be invoiced and final bill settlement is due prior to check-out. Final payment via Wire Transfer or Check preferred.

Sprinter Van Rental with Driver

Tatutina’s 10-passenger Sprinter Van is available for airport transfers as well as guest rentals for an evening out, driving to local markets or other activities.

Boat Rentals

Tatutina offers boat rentals for activities such as deep sea fishing, bottom fishing, bone fishing, island hopping, snorkeling, and diving. Small boat rentals may be available weekly or monthly.

Personal Chef / Bartender

To book a personal chef, bartender or other service staff, please discuss your needs at the time of booking to allow the best possible chance of availability. Some service options book well in advance of the event date, while others may be coordinated with shorter advance notice.

Pantry Stocking

Grocery provisions may be purchased and delivered to the property in advance of your arrival or during your stay as needed. The availability of food and beverage items changes frequently and provisioning depends upon what is available at the time of service.

On-Site Spa Services

To book massage services, please allow at least 48 hours advance notice. Appointments may be enjoyed in the comfort of your Villa or, for a true island experience, enjoy a massage harbour side, poolside or in the gardens.

On-site Laundry

Washer and dryer are available for guest use daily, between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM.

Safety First

Relax and enjoy our exclusive, private, and gated property. Safes are available in all units.

AED & First Aid Kit

AED unit is accessed via the Pantry closet in the Gathering House. A separate AED is available on the Dragon Slayer boat for excursions and boat rentals. An extensive First Aid Kit is also available on-property.

Internet Access & Cable TV

WiFi internet is available throughout most areas of the property. Cable television and a Smart TV is available for guests in the Gathering House.

Infinity Pool

The pool is located on the harbour-side of the property. Fresh pool towels are provided daily beginning at 8:00AM. Glassware is not permitted at the pool for all guests’ safety. Plastic stemware and drinking glasses are located in the kitchens and at the Pavilion

Dock

Newly built dock provides multiple boat slips and offers metered electric, metered water, and bagged ice. The Dock House provides access to a guest freezer, fish cleaning station, dive tank refills and more.

Water Activities

Tatutina offers kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling gear upon request for guests staying on-property. Boat Rentals are also available for activities such as deep sea fishing, bottom fishing, bone fishing, island hopping, snorkeling, and diving. Small boat rentals may be available weekly or monthly.

Air Conditioning

All villas and sleeping areas have air conditioning units.

The Bahamas

Currency

While the currency here is the Bahamian dollar (B$1), pegged to the U.S. dollar so that they’re always equivalent, US dollars are widely accepted. Many local businesses accept only cash.

Official Language

English is the official language of the Bahamas. Bahamian Creole is also spoken on-island.

Banking Services

Banking services as well as ATMs are located in downtown Marsh Harbour, including Commonwealth Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and Fidelity Bank.

Medical Clinic

The Ministry of Health and Wellness offers a wide range of healthcare services to the public. The Marsh Harbour Community Clinic is only a short drive from the property. COVID-19 testing is available at the Integrated Medical Centre in Marsh Harbour.

Getting Here

By Air

Guests arriving by commercial flights will land at Leonard M. Thompson International Airport (MHH), located in Marsh Harbour, Abaco Island. American Airlines, Silver Airways, Delta, and BahamasAir typically fly into MHH. Private flights may also use Cherokee Aviation, the FBO located at the airport. Flights from Florida take roughly an hour; flights from Nassau are a little more than 30 minutes.

By Boat

Guests arriving by boat must clear Customs and Immigration at the nearest Port of Entry and should have all required forms and documents prepared to present upon arrival.

Taxi Service at Airport

Taxis are generally available at the airport without advance notice. Vehicles are typically in a queue out front.

Tatutina Sprinter Van

Tatutina offers guest rental of a 10-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van. One complimentary airport transfer provided per week. Additional rental is charged an hourly rate, with a 2-hour minimum for each instance.

Rental Vehicles

For guests who wish to have a vehicle during their stay, there are several car rental locations in Marsh Harbour, including at the airport.
